Additional terms concerning puppy purchases, deposits, payments, cancellations, refunds, and placement are governed by our Puppy Purchase, Deposit & Payment Policy and, when applicable, the individual purchase agreement or contract executed between Pepper's Pomeranians and the purchaser.

If there is a conflict between general information on this website and the terms of a signed puppy purchase agreement, the signed agreement will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Information About Our Puppies & Dogs
We make reasonable efforts to keep information about our puppies and dogs accurate and current. However, puppies develop and change as they mature.
